Manchester City will welcome Tottenham Hotspur to the City of Manchester Stadium for an English Premier League fixture. Harry Redknapp’s Spurs have hit a low but if they are to qualify for Europe without counting on other results then Spurs have to win every game.
Man City drew with Spurs earlier in the season in a game at White Hart Lane that saw no goals. In this same fixture last season the Eastland’s team lost to the visiting Spurs team by a goal to nil. That will not be good news for the home team but they already seem to have qualified for the Champion’s League as they have a seven point lead over Liverpool at the beginning of the weekend before the Spurs game.

Spurs have drawn 2 and lost 2 of their last four games and that will mean they could lack the winning mentality needed to beat Roberto Mancini’s Man City at home. If Tottenham pick up the points then that would put them back in control of their future again as Liverpool have played more games than Spurs with the same points.
